You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped you will receive the tracking information.

All lampshades and glossy lamps are made to order so returns and refunds are not possible once the lampshades have been made and shipped. We offer returns on the wooden lamps. A credit note can be issued in extenuating circumstances. 

If you need a lampshade that is different in shape or size from what is offered on the website please do get in touch with anna@rosideruig or rosi@rosideruig and hopefully we can help with our bespoke lampshade making service.

Lampshades are handmade to order, and the lead-time is 5/7 working days for all ready to go lampshades and 4 weeks for all of Rosi’s studio and bespoke work.

Wooden lamps will be shipped within 5/7 working days from once the order is settled.

Glossy lamps have a lead time of 4 weeks if they need to be painted. If the lamps are in stock, they will be sent out more quickly.

As the studio is closed between Christmas and New Year and the month of August no orders will be processed during this time.

Shipping is capped at £24 within the UK.

Once your order is ready to send all my orders are shipped within mainland UK to arrive the next working day via DPD. However, as with all deliveries there can be some unforeseen delays.

If you would like to collect your order from my (West London) studio please get in touch so we can arrange a time. We can then remove/refund the shipping from your order.

All lamps and lampshades can be shipped worldwide.

If your country isn’t listed as a shipping destination and you are unable to complete your checkout please contact anna@rosideruig.co.uk or rosi@rosideruig.co.uk for a shipping quote. International shipping is often calculated on a case-by-case basis. 

Since my paper lampshades are light but can be large in size, shipping is very hard to calculate. We have tried to create a pricing structure that covers all eventualities but of course it is impossible to always get it right. 

If the price for your order seems disproportionately high please get in touch and we will do what we can to tailor the price to your specific order.

Shipping prices at checkout do not include any local customs and duties charges. Customers are liable for any charges that occur upon delivery.
